I'm a big fan of a wider chocolate decoration - I think it looks really striking.<br /><br />I agree that slicing the mille feuille is a bit of a fraught experience. Mine oozed too. I discovered recently that a lot of people freeze their mille feuilles first, which makes cutting a lot easier.<br /><br />Thanks so much for taking part in the challenge this month.
